Crochet Baby Linen Chevron Blanket

Crochet Baby Linen Chevron Blanket is an easy ripple that features the linen stitch and double crochets. The fun is in the striping.

I have always know the sc, ch 1, sk 1, sc as the linen stitch.  It's also known as the moss or granite stitch.  What ever you prefer to call it, it works up quickly and makes a lovely connection when switching colors. It reminds me of gears interlocking together. I also prefer not to border my chevron or ripple blankets, but if you'd like to add a border, you will need a bit more yarn for this one.

You can click this diagram below just to print it on its own. The Double Crochet Row, the dc's are going into the ch-1 sp. It's not so obvious in the diagram but that's where the instructions say if you don't read patterns that well.

I just found out last night there’s a new baby coming into the family and all babies get blankets from me! Was looking for a nice new pattern and this looks PERFECT! Thank you so much for all your hard work! Cant wait to whip this up!

Understood. I have to find 8 hours in order to make this diagram. Leave it with me but no promises as I have to push something else aside in order to make this happen.
